Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a Salesforce Lead Developer/Architect in Herzo, Germany.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Perform feasibility analysis of business requirements, from implementation & best practices standpoint.
*Design/propose technical solution options.
*Develop solution/technical architecture
*Produce a technical specification for Custom development and system integration requirements along with the relevant stakeholders
*Analyze and design the underlying data model, data flows, interfaces, integration points, etc.
*Oversee the development and quality assurance efforts to provide the technical guidance whenever required
*Participate and lead all the technical discussions with team as well as all other stakeholders
*Define best practices for Coding standards, project support and documentation
KEY REQUIREMENTS
*10+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce
*Relevant certifications
*Proficiency in configuration and customization in Salesforce, Apex and Visual force technologies.
*Experience in E/B2B commerce implementations is a must
*Working understanding of the cloudcraze platform is an added advantage
*Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
*Experience in multiple end to end implementations of Salesforce.com.
*Good knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class/Triggers/APIs, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch.
*In depth understanding and experience in implementing single sign on, web security, Salesforce application security
*Deep expertise in implementing salesforce specific design patterns
*Executing projects based on agile development methodology & using DevOps.
*Implemented best practices to manage large volume data and work within governor limits
*Should have deployment experience using ANT tool or change set, data migration using data loader and other commercial tools.
*Thoroughly understand Object Oriented Concepts and MVC framework
*Understanding of Server Side and Client side technologies
