Operations Manager - Frankfurt
Our global, rapidly growing client require a Operations Manager to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 1 year with a view to extend. The role is based in Frankfurt, Germany. You will be in charge of building and managing the operations team for a critical bank application.
Key Skills:
- Familiar with Change Management and Deployment Processes
- Experience with UNIX or Linux
- Windows certifications such as CISSP and CISM are advantageous, but not essential
- Previous experience in a Financial Services environment
- Excellent English, both written and verbal as well as good attention to detail
- General knowledge around IT Security
- Self starter, able to 'hit the ground running'
- Able to identify and improve existing processes within the environment
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the operations team for a critical bank application
- Improving the Operation processes
- Technical support leadership
- Lead from the front, welcoming responsibility as a whole
