Director of Biometrics - Permanent - FrankfurtAn experienced director of biometrics is currently required for an exciting opportunity with a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Greater Frankfurt Area.
You will be responsible for driving the biometrics department with a focus on financial and biometric results and standards.
Responsibilities
- Operational leadership and management of the biometrics department
- Partner with business development to ensure objectives are achieved
- Provide biometrics leadership to internal and external customers
- Work with senior management to define annual revenue targets and oversee performance
- Serve as executive contact for clients and participate in client outreach
- Maintain full personnel management responsibility. Recruit and retain qualified staff with an emphasis on career development in key areas of expertise.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience and education in relevant fields
- Thorough understanding of statistical methodology in clinical trial applications
- Thorough understanding of data management, medical writing, and clinical SAS programming processes in relation to clinical trials
- Strong business acumen and well developed analytical skills
- Strong project management skills, experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
