We have a vacancy for a Customer Support Engineer CC - Mobile Switching (Rel 4 CS Core) to support our customer in Germany.
Job Description/Tasks:
- Type Acceptance of new MSS15/MGW U6EP1/oMGW16.5 features
- Procedure creation of feature activation
- Lifenet M16.1EP1 to MSS15 pilot and roll-out
- Pilot support
- troubleshooting
Requirements/Skills:
- GERAN/UTRAN/eUTRAN CS-Core (Rel.4-x, MSS, MGW, CDS,oMGW)
- Commissioning, Integration/Migration - Troubleshooting courses of MSS, MGW, CDS (Nokia products)
- HW and SW Extension/Upgrades on DX/IPA
- Creation of macros and scripts for feature activation
- Review of databuild coming from NPO teams for best quality delivery
- Design of pilot and rollout processes
- Call Control Analyzing Skills
- Complex knowledge about call attribute analysis (AIFAA, SERVANA, EXPANA...), call routing
- Signaling knowledge for given interfaces and protocols BICC/ISUP, AoIP, SIP
- User plane analysing and monitoring skills (RTP stream, DSP features, speech delay/quality, UPD ANA)
- Message Monitoring Analyzing Skills for Pre-analysis (IDA2, EMIL, Essence,...)
- Failure reporting and handling of tests in test lab/live network
- Deep knowledge about TrFO/TFO and 3gpp codecs (NB/WB-AMR, EFR, GSM)
- Troubleshooting based on interface traces
- Self-organizing test scope creation & test execution in customer test network
- Description and creation of rollout documents/procedures
- Creation of failure reports and pre-analysis for correct failure description and responsibility
- Functional testing of CS Core, Radio Access
- Required languages English, German is desired
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Germany
