Requirements

Directs overall sales (Online/Offline) management for a small number of clients in the open market smartphone business

Developing and implementation of new promotion methods ensuring effective implementation of the strategy

Integrating internal and external resources, including HQ, Terminal and platform, suppliers, vendors and partners, to manage sales growth

Responsible for the target achievement and long term growth development with selected clients
-
Build up and maintain solid relationships at all organizational levels to clients in the open market smartphone industry
-
Coach and develop a successful Sales team, and organize Sales meetings and trainings
-
Responsible for all Sales activities

Create and steer the Sales targets

Analyze the Sales reports and deliver all needed reports to steer the business
Qualifications
-
5 + years of experience in the telecommunications device industry and at least 2 years of team management experience, with Bachelor degree, preferred master's degree

Deep understanding of the market development trend for Germany device products, with familiarity with the online channel

Familiar with the Tier 1 sales and Marketing strategy, knowledge about the advantage and disadvantage of the main competitors and their operating method

Working knowledge of wireless devices (tablet, smartphone, wearables, etc.), especially deep understanding of handset products and the end-user group

Comprehensive understanding of the telecommunication industry and the operating discipline

Deep understanding of the integrated sales strategy based on the life cycle of the terminal products plus successful experience

Intermediate Project Management, business analysis, and vendor management skills

Familiar with local media, PR, suppliers and vendors

Excellent ability of strategic planning and execution

Excellent communication skills and cooperation

Strong presentation and written communication skills

Advanced Microsoft Office applications knowledge

Fluent German and English
