Job Description:
- Good Experience on ADDM and its deployment on Enterprise Environment
- Exposure to ADDM Reporting Module
- Good Experience on on TPL (The Pattern Language) is used to Discovery of Unknown Infrastructure components,and Exposure to CAM (Collaborative Application Mapping) usage
- Involve in Technical Issue handling with BMC Support.
- Familiarity with CMDB & ADDM Sync management & issues.
- Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
