Technical Support Engineer
Our financial client is currently looking for external support by a consultant with the following profile:
Client's Operations operates applications for financial platforms. Operations ensures smooth setup, continuous, highly available operation and incident management of applications. They will support the application administrator's these tasks in Team System Programming.
Activity profile
Participation in introduction of new applications, documentation and implementation of technical acceptance tests.
Administration, Incident Management and Monitoring of trading and clearing applications.
Participation in tasks to information security tasks such Nutzerveraltung and configuration of applications
Support group in the processing of requests from testers
Review of internal tools, creation and review of operational documentation requirements
Application administrator under RedHat Linux
Knowledge RedHat Linux and Scripting (Python, Perl, Shell)
Experiences in the Administration of Tomcat
Good German and English skills in speaking and writing.
Willingness to staggered working hours, stratifications and call management
