Ihr Aufgabengebiet:* Work with the project management office, business units, and technology teams to assess and refine requirements and to design/develop web-based solutions
* Design, prototype, and create user centered designs based on business and functional requirements, user research, market analysis, customer feedback and usability findings.
* Follow, enhance, and contribute to group coding standards and best practices around documentation, code-formatting, and source-control.
* Contribute in a collaborative team environment, at times as a lead coaching less experienced staff.
* Play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of websites and web applications.
* Make efficient use of A/B testing frameworks, fast page load times and UI development.
* Participate in group problem solving with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
* Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur.
* Meet with colleagues, including product managers, and engineers assigned to your project(s)
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience
* No certification required, although encouraged and supported if desired
* Language Syntax of most relevant software development languages including VB .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL/PL - SQL, C/C++, XML
* 3+ years Sitecore experience
* 5+ years of .NET experience.
* Strong communication skills with formal Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodology
* JavaScript background
* CSS (Style Sheet) knowledge
* Mobile Web experience
* Excellent English and German communication skills
