Beschreibung

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
* The Director of Bid Management is required to lead the Bid management team in Germany.
* The key focus of the role is to ensure that the Bid Team manages and brings together all aspects of a proposal / offering to ensure the best competitive edge for the offer are provided.
* You will be required to not only manage or project coordinate or lead the coordination of proposals for the team through either direct management of the opportunity or via supporting a Bid manager on an opportunity indirectly, but also be both a content creator and content contributor to the Bid Projects he/she manages.
* You do not only lead but do also get operationally involved in the team to ensure best overall results. You will manage the timelines and the milestones as per the official Bid process and ensure adherence to the Bid process at all times.
* You need to understand the business value and the sales benefits of the entire suite of products our client offers and you need to be able to talk and explain the value.
* Technical understanding of the components or concepts, e.g. BPM, SOA, ARIS is an advantage.
* You will be responsible for the Entire Bid value Chain from customer to offer and back to the customer.
* Ownership of the Proposals emanating from the Bid team and the quality of such is the responsibility of the Director of Bid Management.
* You will have responsibilities relating to the Bid function towards the Global Bid Community and this role makes up part of a Global Team.

Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Certification or Degree in either IT or Business with a minimum of 10 Years of professional experience within the field of bid and project management of complex offers/proposals relating to both Software License and Services
* Good Knowledge of Industry related topics such as Process management and IT integration
* 3 5 years of experience in a leadership role with knowledge of leadership frameworks
* Strong knowledge or experience in the context of tenders for public sector (VOL/A) as well as experience outside of the specific area of public sector will be a great plus
* Experience within the context of working for a sales organization, specifically solution sales and good knowledge of marketing
* Excellent social, professional and leadership skills
* Strong communication skills in German and English (verbal and written)
