Senior C#/.NET Developer, currently needed on behalf of a leading Consulting firm.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities will include:
1. Design and implementation of features, services and external interfaces
2. Improving the quality of a Legacy codebase
3. Training and mentoring junior team members
4. Contributing to the improvement of processes and toolchain
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar degree (eg Diplom-Informatiker (FH)
2. 6 years of experience in C#, OOP, OOA
3. 3 years of experience with .NET-based web services and related technologies (ASP.NET Web API, WCF, REST, XML, SOAP, JSON)
4. Working knowledge of database development (SQL Server, T-SQL, database normalization, stored procedures, triggers, etc.)
5. Experience with architectural patterns for clean UI/business logical separation (eg MVC, MVVM)
6. Experience with asynchronous programming and multi-threading
7. Proficiency in unit and integration testing as well as unit test frameworks (eg NUnit, VS Unit Testing Framework)
8. Experience with mocking frameworks (eg Moq, Typemock)
9. Full professional proficiency in English
This is a long-term project opportunity, starting on a 3 month basis (with extensions to follow).
