Business Analyst, Process Development
My client a global market leader are searching for a Business analyst (50% remote work) to assist with the following;
Your tasks:
- Analysis and design of business processes
- Accompanied by the design, planning and implementation of IT systems
- Review internal project ideas in terms of functional capabilities and IT technical feasibility and possibly develop alternative solutions
- Participation in projects
- Implementation of quality assurance measures such as software testing incl. The associated documentation
- Creation of programming instructions and the associated requirement and booklets
- Introduction and establishment of the subject business process management in the enterprise using the ARIS Process Platform
- Modeling and optimization of processes
- Conducting internal training
- Support internal departments in the subject process management, modelling and optimization
Your profile:
- University degree in (business) computer science, business administration or equivalent education with very good IT skills
- several years of experience in business process management, ideally in consulting environment
- Confidence in dealing with common computer applications, especially with an ERP system
- good knowledge of process management and current IT topics
- Experience with process modelling tools (ideally ARIS)
- very good English
- business management and technical knowledge and process-oriented thinking
