Job responsibilities:
*Assisting in the creation and maintenance of the Project plan for all EUT Activities within FEAS
*Participation in standardization/optimization of the end user platform (non-Trader) direction RD (RDH)
*Coordination of order processing and delivery of newly procured RDH
*Assisting in the full definition of the user Workstation for Trader
*Complete definition of the user Workstation for non-Trader in cooperation with Combine (Workplace Biefing Coordinator FEAS-CS) and Business
*Adapting technology list supplied by Combine (Workplace Biefing Coordinator FEAS-CS) with CTO relevant information for the technical equipment (port based) of jobs and the relocation of the GroGa (names to seat)
*Coordination of orderings for new fundraising hardware at Work for the DBC
*Coordination tender and selecting a vendor to install the hardware in DBC
*Coordinating the delivery of hardware and accessories for the DBC
*Coordination of the interface between table supplier (construction and wiring) and Vendor for IT Deployment
*Coordinating the staging of all newly procured desktops, workstations and thin clients for the DBC
*Decrease (Desk readiness) of the tables inclusive wiring in DBC
*Coordination of the hardware installation at workstations, Study Booth, think tanks and meeting rooms in the DBC
*Decrement of IT installation for all workplaces, Study Booth, think tanks and meeting rooms in the DBC
*Coordination of orders for new fundraising printer for DBC
*Coordination of the construction of the printer in the DBC
*Technical decrement of printer installations in DBC
*Coordination tender and selection of a vendor for the relocation of the hardware. Current planning is currently:
1.From DBC South in a yet to be defined Swing Space (AM)
2.Within the DBC South (AM)
3.From Swing Space in the BDC North (AM)
4.From GroGa in the DBC (Trading & Support Trading)
5.From GroGa in a yet to be defined Swing Space (Corporate Finance)
6.From Swing Space in the DBC North (Corporate Finance)
*Support IT support services during and after the individual's Move
*Support Mock up Trader Workplace and non-Trader Workplace
*Participation in the weekly FEAS CTO Work stream
*Meeting Participation in the weekly FEAS: Jour Fix EUT
Rate: EUR 400 Euros/Day
Contract: 12 months
Start Date: 1-April-2016
