Task:Goetzfried Professionals GmbH is a consulting and supporting partner in the IT and engineering field for numerous companies of all sizes as well as from different industrial and economic sectors. Their expertise includes the conception, planning and realization of IT as well as engineering projects, further complex managed services and solutions. Therefore, Goetzfried Professionals GmbH places their employed IT experts and engineers to the disposal of their clients in order to realize their projects. In alliance with Goetzfried AG and the Allgeier Group Goetzfried Professionals is a competent, high-performance and constantly growing IT-, Engineering and Staffing Service Company.
Currently we are looking for a new member of our team of experts in order to accept an assignment as Desktop Application Integrator in Frankfurt/Main including the following area of responsibility:
Main tasks:
-The required person will provide services related to Microsoft Windows based business applications on both client and server platforms (e.g. Windows 7, Windows server, Citrix).
- He/she will be responsible for integrating applications into the Bank´s Windows environment and upgrading or enhancing existing applications as required to meet evolving business or technical requirements.
- Integrates, tests and documents application software modules to meet agreed business specifications.
- These tasks are of a limited technical and business complexity and focus on the use of a particular technology or tool.
- Performs technical testing and prepares the relevant technical documentation.
- Supports end-users during acceptance tests and operational teams during migration to the production environment.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve bugs and incidents in the post-go live support of operations.
- Develop appropriate documentation, scripts and procedures for the build and packaging of application components
- Provide training to 1st and 2nd level support staff with new procedures and techniques for application maintenance.
- Knowledge of test strategies, methodologies and tools to support functional and technical testing would be an advantage.

Requirements (Must have):
- Proven experience of application integration within Windows client environment.
- Good knowledge of thin-client, current PC technology and software deployment technologies.
- Good knowledge of IT operational security and ITIL service management disciplines.
- Very good command of English with proven drafting ability.
