Job Scope:This position will support in the administration of compensation programs primarily for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) employees and working very closely to the Head of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS and the Compensation, Benefits HRIS Analyst.
Tasks:
Supports communication, data collection and follow-up with all EMEA country for compensation-related tasks.
Contributes the submission to annual compensation benchmark surveys.
Supports the company car leasing process, handles invoices, submit taxable benefit to payroll, track vehicles, etc.
Assist with compensation data integrity in HR Systems
Helps to evaluate jobs pricings methodology and analyze positions for internal/external equity with standardized Methods
Assist HR and other management in the review of new/adapted job descriptions, when necessary.
Helps to prepare personnel statistics and analysis and to mutate SAP-HR
Anforderung:
SAP HCM / HR (Human Resources) +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
MS Office ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
MS Excel ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
MS PowerPoint ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
Requirements:
Personal Computing: Professional user level on main MS-Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Payroll, HR-SAP user experience
Languages: fluent in English, confident in German writing
Customer focused, service oriented
Teamworker, socially competent (diplomatic, empathic)
Can cope with physical stress
Discrete, confidential with data management
