Pega Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for gathering and understanding client?s business problems/requirements, providing business solution recommendations to client, and defining
To-Be Business Architectureand Processes for BPM/Pega implementations

Required experience:
- 6+ years of IT experience as Business Analyst with experience in below ?
? Business Process Modelling using modelling tools, Visio
? Business Rules Harvesting/ Mining
? Requirements analysis and defining functional specifications for BPM / ECM solutions
? Designing detailed business use case models for BPM solution implementations

- 1+ year experience on complete SDLC of Pega implementation in PRPC (preferably V5.3 or above)
- Good domain knowledge and experience in BFSI / Telecom
- Experience in solution delivery using Agile Methodologies
- Experience of having extensively interacted with client?s business and IT users, project stakeholders on projects with
strongcommunication and presentation skills

Expertise required in:
- Capturing client?s business requirements/processes in Pega (PRPC) product ?requirements capture with DCO, modeling business
processes and defining business rules in PRPC
- Working hand in hand with the technical architecture/design and development teams to translate business requirements into
technical specifications and completing high level solution design of BPM solution
- Analysis of business processes and map its characteristics to the proposed Rule based PRPC solution
- Documentation of use cases, functional specifications in FSD and design documentation
- Creation of UML diagrams for business logic classes and sequence diagram
- End to end functional testing of BPM applications and managing test cases, reports
- Cost Benefit Analysis and preparation of Business Case involving evaluation of ROI, TCO for BPM solution
- Conducting workshops and seminars to highlight value offerings of BPM to customers and prospects
