Planning, controlling and monitoring of software projects (progress, milestones, quality, spend)
Technical responsibility on work packages and control of progress
Technical instruction of team members
Development of work packages from the requirements and realisation of planning
Risk control and development of quality measures
Project documentation
Mentoring and training of team members
Good knowledge of the Loan IQ data model, Loan IQ suite and Loan IQ integration tools Experience with SQL is a must (DB2 / Oracle)
Business analysis skills are an advantage
Excellent software development skills in Java, experience in client/server architectures
Strong skills in reporting tools and database query tools
