Aufgabe:
Functional specification, analysis and design of the input and output interfaces to the respective revenue systems for the purpose of mileage crediting
Analysis of the processing and the regulatory frameworks needed within the backend of the mileage calculation
Advice of departments in regard to the technical feasibility of possible implementation alternatives
Close collaboration with the involved departments and the IT on airline and MMG site
Specification of requirements from an IT perspective (functional and non-functional requirements)
Technical support with the selection of the IT provider
Anforderungen:
- Many years of experience with strong methodological expertise with business analysis for large IT projects
- Very deep knowledge within the aviation industry (revenue accounting, ticketing, sales and reservation)
- Experience with complex IT architectures
- Very good communication skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Knowledge in the field of airline customer loyalty
- Very good English spoken and written
