Beschreibung
The IT Business Analyst is responsible for working closely with partners across lines of business and the IT group. Purpose of the role is to understand strategic drivers and tactical needs to ensure that the implementation teams can provide solutions with the necessary stability, usability and scalability, which meet the business need. As the IT Business Analyst you will be supporting projects and operational activities in the Architecture, Engineering and Operations portfolio.
Purpose / Location
The role will assist an IT software development / customizing project that aims at integrating existing SAP ERP and SAP BI platforms and processes with an existing corporate identity and access management platform (Sailpoint IdentityIQ).
The job holder will report into the project manager and closely collaborate with system owners and process experts from the ERP / BI space to first collect and document user requirements and later track the implementation, testing and user acceptance of the implemented requirements. In order to be successful the business processes related to the Identity and Access management need to be understood in detail, to both align and address the impact to the business and project
The role may also assist other Identity & Access Management projects running in parallel within the same project portfolio. The project managers will agree on the allocation in coordination with the portfolio manager and the job holder.
Travelling of up to 50% of the work time is required at peaks (mainly Madrid, some travel to San Francisco), working language is English. High proficiency in working virtually is a must.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Analyze business scenarios and identify opportunities for improvement through automation and/or business process change
• Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, designing and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
• Develop functional and/or technical specifications
• Document and champion business processes
• Provide consultation to users in the area of business systems and processes
• Elicit, analyze, validate, communicate and simplify requirements, and manage and communicate them effectively
• Lead successful completion of major projects/programs across portfolios
• Participate in roadmap discussions and vendor assessments
• Lead cross-functional discussions in the resolution of business or systems issues.
• Develop business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders and key account managers
• Facilitate and support system and user acceptance testing
• Ensure compliance with all Roche standards and practices including CSV
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in multinational company as Business Analyst
• Experience in Identity & Access Management projects, preferably with SAP ERP & BI (Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Intelligence) and/or Sailpoint IdentityIQ
• Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
• Strong interest in new technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Nice to Haves:
+++ Experience with HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) preferred
+++ Previous experience as Business Analyst on a CSV-regulated project required (Computerized System Validation)
+ Familiar with Google suite preferred
+ University degree in IT preferred
