Templeton & Partners are currently looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING SAP PP PI Support Consultant for 6-9 month contract based in Darmstadt, Germany.
Scope of work:
- SAP PP - PI Consultant
- Integration with PP, MM, SD & QM
- German Speaking - Essential
- Onshore SME - PP-PI and QM
- Application Support - L2 and L3 ticket resolution on daily basis
- Gain knowledge in client Business Processes with respect to Pharma
- Follow the quality process & Coordination with Business and Application Owners
- Coordination with Offshore team
You must have in depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning in Process Industry (SAP PP- PI) module with experience of PP customization (well versed with Master Data, Planning strategies, MRP, Shop Floor Management, SOP and related Interfaces (example MES, JDA, Ortems, etc).
Should be familiar with Supply chain process including Forecasting, Material Requirement Planning and Process Order Execution.
Knowledge of PP integration with peripheral modules like MM, SD, QM.
Should be able to manage the configuration and development of RICEF objects.
Knowledge on PP with Batch Management is must along with knowledge on hazardous material management. (Considering Pharmaceutical requirement).
Should have experience in creating functional specification for Enhancements/Developments/Custom reports.
SAP QM - Master data management in QM including Inspection Method, MIC (Qual/Quant), Inspection Plan and related Interfaces LIMS etc.
Dynamic Modification rule, Quality Certificate, Certificate of Analysis, Stability study, QM digital signature
Detailed understanding of Inspection Type.
