Senovo IT is urgently looking for a ServiceNow Consultant in Germany for a long term assignment.

The ServiceNow Consultant will have the following core skills:

6+ Years of IT experience
3+ Years of experience in Service Now implementation/administration
Ability to design and implement solutions independently
Work as developer in a team which is geographically spread
Ability to collaboratively work as team player
Technical required skills
Good Admin/Configuration/Development knowledge in Service Now of:-
Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB, Service Requests and SLM
Content Management: - developing ESS page.
UI Actions/UI policy/Access Control Lists, etc.
Writing various Server Side scripts using Script Includes.
Configured SACM and License Management module for necessary Compliance check.
Used ACL's for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now
Experience with Web technologies/AJAX
Developing Composite Service Requests within Service catalog Module
Experience in different Integrations using web-services/MID Server, etc.
Configuring complex reports and performance analyst
Experience in ServiceNow discovery and CMDB implementation.
Experience in automations using Service Now Orchestrator.
Understanding and debugging of system logs
Language:
Written and spoken English
