Description:
We are currently looking for Corporate Actions, Proxy Voting, Settlement and T2S Testing Experts for one of the biggest Financial Institutions in Europe.
T2S shall be based on a single technical platform integrated with central bank Real Time gross settlement systems. It shall be a service provided by the Eurosystem to CSDs allowing for the core, neutral and borderless settlement of securities transactions on a delivery-versus-payment basis in central bank money.
Position Description
We are currently looking Analysts with excellent experience in corporate actions processes, Proxy voting, settlement and System Integration Testing including Functional & E2E testing, User Acceptance Testing including Operation and business work flow testing.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand the Business and Functional Requirements for the given project/release
Building the necessary Business Scenarios, Operational workflows
Break down further detailed Functional & E2E test packs along with the required Test Data in line with the Organization standards
Lead the preparation of the Test Strategy & Planning
Provide Test Concepts
Document Test Results, Report to Test Manager
Perform User Acceptance Testing
Provide Test Results for sign off
Proactively participating in peer reviews of the Business Scenarios & Test cases
Implement suitable automation/performance test & strategy
Identify and report test issues and risks
Analyze test results document issues and resolve errors; Retest corrections
Regression pack gap analysis
Relevant Skills:
Proven experience in testing roles
Excellent knowledge of settlement, corporate actions, Proxy voting and Swift (56x messages)
Technology knowledge and expertise
Profound knowledge of methods and tools for functional specifications

Proficient written and spoken English
Experience and Education
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent diploma/work experience)
> 7 years of relevant work experience
Following areas of experience are considered to be an additional Advantage:
Experience and knowledge of Custody domain (both Global and Domestic Custody)
Experience in Corporate Actions processing in at least one of the Western European markets (Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgian, France, Spain) and/or
Experience in Income processing in at least one of the Western European markets (Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgian, France, Spain)
and/or
Experience in Tax processing in at least one of the western European markets (Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgian, France, and Spain)
Experience in T2S Settlement processing
Duration: Initially for 12 months but possible of extension based on the performance
Starting Date: Feb 2016 onwards
