German-speaking Dispatcher- Helpdesk - Telecommunications

The dispatcher is the interface between the customer and the Field Service. He/she is responsible for the timely execution of all incoming work orders. In this context, it ensures compliance with the agreed with the customer SLA (Service Level Agreements).

In addition, the Dispatcher is responsible for the following tasks:

Application control:

- Prioritization and tracking of orders, taking into account the deadline established

- Coordination of appointments with customers, service providers and carriers

- Coordination of the necessary access authorizations

Order documentation:

- Creation of performance documentation for data acquisition order processing internally and to customers

- Processing and maintenance of jobs in the trouble ticket system and the Order Tool

- Creation of jobs in computer systems such as in SAP

- Preparation of weekly reports, evaluations and statistics

Quality assurance:

- Clarification and resolution of contradictions in orders in collaboration with the commissioning, the disposition and the field staff

- Coordination of orders for effective order processing after economic and technical viewpoints

- Ensuring meaningful feedback from order fulfilment

- Identification of process flow disorders, develop and implement solutions in their own area of responsibility and report back to the supervisor

Parts and materials supply:

- Management and coordination of materials and spare parts supply in the Field Service including the necessary booking process

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training as an IT systems engineer/in or comparable education

- Experience in the disposition (Incident Management & Implementation)

- Knowledge of basic network structures in the fixed network (Access & Core)

- Materials Management processes. Industrial processes in the Field Service

- Willingness to pay sometimes weekend work

Required knowledge and skills:

- Dealing with Interference tools and the MS Office package

- Teamwork

- Good communication and information behaviour

- High customer orientation

- Planning, organizing, and ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, assertiveness

- High analytical skills

- Methodological competence

- High load capacity

- GERMAN LANGUAGE SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL!
