Job Description
Data Archiving

Deep knowledge:
-
in Data archiving end to end processes.
-
Set up new Data archiving jobs based on business processes with taking into account and implementation of needed sap notes and relevant predecessor and successor archiving objects
-
Set up archiving concepts for new SAP Systems ( Hana and non Hana)
-
Check/implement and Test SAP notes when a new business release will be installed in order to avoid archiving issues afterwards.

Monitor/Maintain and troubleshoot archiving issues
-
Has ABAP and Java experiences. Can read/understand and troubleshoot ABAP/Java coding.

Also knowledge in managing of projects
-
Experiences with 1st/2nd level support
-
Is highly customer oriented
Document Archiving
-
Has deep knowledge in:
-
the customizing chain from archiving documents and display it in appropriate SAP transactions. Can customize for different scenarios like eg OAWD, barcode scenarios, printlists, GOS- objects etc...

in KPRO Document archiving.

Has deep knowledge with the following OpenText solutions:

Windows Viewer client: Installation, connecting, Configuring and Troubleshooting

Scan Client: Installation, Configuring-> (creation of different scan profiles for different archive server; customizing of different archiving scenarios also on SAP site); Setup and update of server based archiving profiles, Monitoring and Troubleshooting

Web Viewer, Cache Server: Installation on a Server, configuration within SAP and Troubleshooting

Customizing of Content repository within SAP and Troubleshooting.

Has experiences with GLOIRE solutions.

Has experience in document archiving projects.

Can setup a document archiving concept for new SAP systems

Can manage and solve issues with the mentioned IXOS components and SAP solutions.
