About the Company
Tangent International are currently looking for an Oil and Gas Leading Consultant to work on an extendable assignment based throughout Western Europe. The candidate should have good language skills and a proven experience within the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for Energy (Oil and Gas) industry solution promotion pre sales and sales and especially opening doors, for the O and G solutions for IT (Servers), IP (networking), Storage (NAS, SAN) and wireless (4G eLTE) for Upstream, Downstream, Supply chain and Retail
Cooperate with account managers in the West Europe Region and other technical sales team for solution sales, and Support the requirements from Business Unit HQ
Position should be based in the West Europe countries, but with willingness to travel to other cities in European countries
Taking tasks in customer analysis, solution presentation/bidding, industry strategy planning as well as managing internal resources to better serve the related market target for the Clients key account customers
Report to WEU energy director in Netherlands and supports Customer Visits to the Client (Ger, Saudi, China)
Establish Account planning and customer engagement plans for the West Europe sales teams
Candidate Skills and Requirements
Worked with an OandG company for 5+ years
Proven track record in managing and successfully delivering Business information programs or complex IT-enabled project, including proven capability in the process change, and components of an IT project.
Expert-level understanding of project Excellent Center (PEC), PMI or suppliers methodologies, processes and tools
Strong capability in communication and business interaction, including ability to leverage knowledge from other engagements
Previous experience in Oil and Gas market (SHELL, BP, Etc.) is mandatory
Strong stakeholder management, including ability to work with multiple businesses and executive-level management
Looks for best practices in the industry and introduces this inside the Oil and Gas company.
Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering, telecommunication, electronics or equivalent etc
Practice experiences in O and G industry solution design and pre-sales or post-sales technical support are preferably; able to organize and fulfil high-level workshop with industry consulting companies
Excellent project coordination skills and able to handle multiple tasks, priorities and time deadlines simultaneously
