For one of our customers we are looking for a Team Lead Development (m/f) Pega SmartBPM.
Project background:
- Several projects are running on PEGA platform
- These projects are aiming at building applications to support Client Facing functions. These applications mainly use PEGA Case Management and integration capabilities.
- The projects are following PEGA SmartBPM methodology. Inception, elaboration, construction and SIT Testing is done by an external vendor.
Tasks:
- manage IT contribution on AGCS side (infrastructure, environments, desk side roll out, implementation of interface changes, ... )
- ensure proper IT Vendor management
- ensure communication and embedding into IT Line functions.
- manage hand-over into IT Line functions.
- Project initiation, definition of project approach
- Effort estimation (incl. required budget after go-live maintenance, operation, etc.),
- project planning, resource planning,
- Review of business requirements, functional requirements/ add non-functional requirements
- Scope management
- Perform, monitor & control project
- Manage project resources (plan roll-on/ roll-off dates)
- Align with IT Line functions (Application Development, Maintenance, test/ release management/ environment and architecture team, Infrastructure, IT Operations, etc.) and involve if required in projects
- Manage project contracts/ invoices incl. sign-off of external hours
- Order project related hardware
- Stakeholder management with above listed functions.
- Issue management
- Dependency management (environments, source code changes, release management, etc.)
- Escalation management
- Project risk management
- Project reporting and communication
- Hand over into maintenance
- Lessons learned after projects (review actuals versus estimates/ required improvements, etc.)
- Coordination IT sign-offs
- Ensure SDLC/ PMLC compliance
- Support pre-studies/ create pdd's
- Vendor management (overseeing, quality criteria, quality measures, acceptance etc.
Required Skills:
- Strong Pega-development background
- Sound knowledge of project management processes
- Capability to adapt project management processes and Solution Delivery Processes to a particular project.
- Capability to manage scope, with or without Insurance know-how
- Strong capability of relationship building and managing on a peer-to-peer basis.
- Proven ability to manage complexity.
- Language skills (Local language + English)
- 8 - 20 yrs experience
