TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden aus dem Raum Frankfurt am Main suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Business Consultant für den Bereich Reservation & Ticketing (m/w).
Aufgaben:
* Uses his experience in understanding the business needs to identify the business requirements.
* A profound technical knowledge enables a translation into IT specifications
* Requirement analysis and specification
* Create and validate functional test cases
* Create and validate technical requirements
* Identification of Change requests
* Definition of measurable parameter for requirements
* Quality assurance of Ancillary Services filing
* Execute user acceptance test cases
* Create and follow-up of incidents
* Professional creation and maintainance of the documentation
* Close communication with all relevant Stakeholders (e.g. Business Analyst, Architekts, Solution Designer, Testing, Development teams)
* Management and support for documentation (workshop results, minutes, potential LH internal solutions, information flows, other functional / technical architecture documents)
* Management of Fare Quote and Fare Quote-related cross-functional requirements in the scope of the Branded Fares project and coordinate within the relevant LH business departments
* Management of potential alignment of such requirements within the Lufthansa Group (LX, OS, LH)
* Support of relevant business areas with functional know-how (e.g. sales, revenue management, station, revenue accounting, etc.)
* Support system integration regarding adaptation of interfaces and front-ends (e.g. GuideRes)
* Support and coordinate specification writing for Fare Quote relevant gaps
* Create test plan/approach, test scenarios and acceptance criteria for software delivery
* Support of test manager
* Create and maintain test documentation
* Execute functional tests, support for cross-functional test and sign-off functional components (relevant for UAT and other test phases)
* Make sure that test environment and links are set-up correctly, and if needed organize/coordinate with Amadeus and other providers required corrections to the environment
* Identify functional gaps (that may arise during testing) and coordinate realization with Amadeus (and other affected IT providers, if applicable)
* Monitor development effort of Amadeus for the required functional changes
Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
* Excellent Fare Quote Process and Functionality knowledge
* Excellent ATPCO Functionality knowledge
* Excellent Industry Fare Calculation knowledge (IATA and ATPCO)
* Excellent LH Fare Filing Rules and Calculation knowledge
* Excellent LH Process Rules knowledge (Changes, Refund)
* Experience in Altea Sell (including Inventory, Seats, SSRs) and Amadeus Fare Quote product
* Experience in Altea EMD/Ancillary Services product
* Experience with other GDSs
* Experience with ATPCO products Branded Fares and OC Fees
* Project Management experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluent English
