Good Admin/Configuration/Development knowledge in Service Now of:
- Experience in Service Now implementation/administration
- Ability to design and implement solutions independently
- Content Management: - developing ESS page.
- Used ACL's for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now
- Experience in automations using Service Now Orchestrator.
- Understanding and debugging of system logs
- ITSM modules knowledge
