CRM Consultant x 2 - Munich, Germany - Immediate Starts
Start date: immediately
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Munich, Germany
Requirement is for 2 experienced CRM consultants with exposure to the latest cloud technologies for driving a Pilot Cloud Solution across different technologies; namely, Salesforce, SAP C4C and Microsoft Dynamics.
The job profile would include setting up of use cases, setting up an evaluation Matrix, driving the workshops with IT and Business Counterparts, preparations of the necessary documentations/presentations, etc. The right candidate should possess excellent technical/functional skills in one of the CRM applications; good experience in a 2nd CRM application would be a big plus and should have knowledge of Project Life Cycle.
The CRM Consultants should have following knowledge:
- Previous experience in implementing CRM solutions
- Knowledge of cloud based CRM solutions: minimal requirements
- Expert in one solution
- Experience in a second solution
- Experienced and good facilitator/moderator
- Maintains positive attitude
- Motivate people
- Good transfer thinking
- Experience with different methodologies for eg process descriptions, requirements gathering, evaluation,
- Experience in tool evaluations
- Important evaluation criteria
- Best practice for documentation
- Application development like VBA Scripting
The CRM Consultants will be involved in:
- Review and manage user cases
- Workshop moderation
- Define evaluation Matrix and execute tool evaluation
- Sparring partner for PoC
- User training (includes answering questions)
- Write documentation
- Prepare decision documentation
- Prepare presentations
- Write small scripts for data transformation
- Interface to provide
