Aufgabe:

Speacialist - IT Security Architecture

Responsbilities:

• Technical responsibility for the designing and planning of modern IT security solutions
• Build roadmap for acquiring, integrating, and implementing high-value technology and processes. Oversee efforts (e.g. proof of concepts) to measure and prove new technology value.
• Ensure that all acquired or developed security systems and security architectures integrate with enterprise security architecture.
• Implementation of IT security concepts taking into account the existing IT infrastructure and processes, as well as current industry standards
• Assessment of existing IT security structures and implementation of IT architecture developments with particular attention to internal security requirements
• Solid understanding of "Cloud XaaS” Infrastructure & Business Applications architectures and the ability to address the unique security considerations of secure Cloud computing”
• Perform security reviews, identify gaps in security architecture and develop security risk management plans.
• Evaluate existing or emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, security, compatibility and usability.
• Support the solution design teams esp.within SMART Meter and SMART Grid projects.
• Assist in ongoing evaluation and management of major vendor relationships, outsourcing arrangements and alliance coordination.
• Maintain awareness of business issues and needed capabilities, aligning with existing and new Information Security industry technologies.
• Establish strong relationships with key technology stakeholders and create convergence by demonstrating credibility, empathy and expertise on business and technical issues.
• Facilitate, communicate, collaborate, and persuade others in the definition, adoption and implementation of a coherent architecture.
• Provide mentoring and technical training for the IT Security team members as required.

Soft-Skills:

• English and German language skills fluent up to board level

Fach-Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Security or related degree.
• Over 8-10 years of experience in IT Security Architecture and Consulting in an international technology environment.
• Strong understanding of Information Technology and IT Security
• Demonstrable experience of strategic and tactical thinking and working in information sensitive business(es)
• General knowledge of TOGAF and Zachman as well as Certifications, e.g. CISSP, ISSAP, CISM, CSSLP, CASS, CWASP or equivalent are welcome
• Well grounded technical know-how in the area of IT Security (network, OS, databases, web technologies, application development)
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to approach problems from an IT security perspective coupled with sound business know-how.
• Must be an intelligent, articulate and persuasive leader who can serve as an effective member of the senior management team and who is able to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
• High degree of empathy, assertiveness, and persuasiveness and potential to lead small teams
• English and German language skills fluent up to board level
