Aufgaben:
We are looking for a Technical Manager (m/f) in an international company.

Your main task:
+ Consult, collect and specify demands for new or enhanced applications and interfaces between global Content Management System, Interactive and Mobile applications, Product Information System and Digital Asset Management systems according to relevant and valid processes and guidelines in cooperation with a global team

more tasks:
+ Support, run & maintain global hardware and applications in cooperation with teams at Headquarters and outsourcing partners
+ Develop and review templates based on HTML, CSS and JavaScript
+ Performance analysis
+ Analyze, classify and document system failures as well as resolve failures
+ Participation/Cooperation in relevant IT projects
+ Check crawling and index at Google, Bing, Yandex, Baidu
+ Configure and maintain search engine settings (such as Google Webmastertools, Bing)
+ Creation and documentation of test scripts as well as functional and integration tests
+ Support initiatives to increase the quality of our global system landscape
+ Develop/Update program and systems documentation

Your skills:
Must haves:
+ Successful academic studies (information technology)
+ Knowledge of Project Management (Waterfall and Agile)
+ Specialized know-how/skills required for:
- Content Management Systems
- Product Management Systems
- Digital Asset Management Systems
- Web Tracking Systems (Wiredminds, eTracker or others)
- Ticketing Systems
+ basic network knowledge (Firewall, Loadbalancer, DNS, Routing)

nice 2 Haves:
+ SharePoint
+ know-how in internet/interactive technologies (e.g. HMTL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery)
+ Experience in software development on mobile (especially responsive for desktop, tablet, smart phone) platforms a distinct advantage
+ know-how software architecture and/or interfaces technologies (e.g. web services, XML, XSL)
+ Experience in software development (preferred JAVA, PHP)
+ Experience in steering of external agencies
+ Experience in search engines and the related tools (especially Google/Webmastertools)
+ Experience in technical search engine optimization (Google, Bing, Yandex, Baidu)
+ Experience in domain management
+ Experience in IT support
+ business fluent in English (reading and writing)
+ Good analytical and thinking skills
+ Flexibility to adapt to and work with multicultural regional/global teams
+ Knowledge with all MS Office tool
