TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden aus dem Raum Basel suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT-S (Sr) Application Analyst SmarTeam (m/w).
Aufgaben:
Within an international team, you will:
* Execute and support implementation projects
* Operate, maintain, improve and document CAD/PLM environments
* Operate, improve and document the backup and disaster recovery solutions
* Operate, maintain and support current and future business processes, applications and related licenses
* Ensure high availability and optimal performance of the CAD/PLM environments and identify areas of improvement
* Execute 2nd level support and coordinate 3rd level support for CAD/PLM applications
* Troubleshoot issues and performance problems for business applications
* Prepare specifications, work/support instructions, training materials and other technical documents
* Collaborate with other IT divisions, internal customers and external service providers
* Educate internal business support-, training- and key-users
* Prepare, test, maintain, improve and document scripts and deployment packages
* Execute and support functional and regression testing
* Execute, coordinate and support user acceptance tests (with internal customers and external service providers)
* Execute and support deployment weekends
* Demonstrate a proactive approach to improve quality and resolve issues as they occur in an international environment
Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
* 3+ years hands on experience in managing and/or executing implementation project
* 3+ years hands on experience in support and/or development on CAD/PDM applications
* Deep knowledge and 2nd level support ability of SmarTeam
* Knowledge in one or several of the following applications is beneficial: Teamcenter/NX, CATIA V5, AutoCAD, Inventor, JT-Translator, NX-CAE, Flowmaster, FEMAP, iCAM, Arbotext, x-formation, Acronis, IsoDraw
* Knowledge in VB and C#
* Knowledge of DB backup and restore procedures (Oracle, Sql Server)
* Knowledge of licence monitoring and management tools
* Good communication and documentation skills in English
* Understanding of standards CAD/PLM technologies, database concepts and interfaces
* Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and accomplish tasks
* Ability to recognize issues on existing implementations and make recommendations on applying improvements
* Experience with engineering processes and terms related to data management
* Ability to work after technical instructions and procedures
* Detail and problem solving oriented
* Commitment to excellence and pride in their work
* Works well both independently and in a team environment
* Good communication and documentation skills in English, French and/or German is beneficial
* Degree in mechanical engineering or other equivalent education is required
