Our customer’s Digital Booster is a specific project delivery organization with a team of interdisciplinary skilled experts within our cutomer's Technology Services. They ensure speed in building and integrating strategic digital, innovative solutions. Core mission is to develop a strong value proposition via the Digital Boosters to accelerate the implementation of its digital ambitions. The Booster team supports a different way of working, e.g. Feature teams, Agile, Scrum methodology, Devops etc. They act as an incubator towards the rest of the the organisation in order to accelerate the transformation of skills and resources. The Booster team provides expertise to our partners and clients on digital technologies and innovative solutions and work more closely with their development teams to automate and accelerate the development life-cycle until production. We leverage public- and private Cloud solutions.Roles & Responsibilities
- Leadership and management of project activities in respect of requirements, results and management of resources within the Digital Booster function
-Manage and execute digital demands from partners and clients at high standards of speed and quality (Fast IT mode)
-Defining joint digital roadmap for Switzerland and select the correct digital projects to be taken by the Digital Booster team
-Provide expertise and consulting for digital topics to our partners and clients
-Presentation and co-ordination of new technologies and solutions with the units involved and at the clients (Executive) level
-Define and implement an operating model for Switzerland to consume Cloud services and help to prepare transformation of our internal operations in Application Services and Infrastructure Domains
-Integrate and accelerate Global digital services adoption in alignment with our client’s Strategy
-Apply Lean principles and use alternative project methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Sprints/DevOps)
-Aim for speed in decision making, executing, iterating, and bringing new services to our customers
-Form close collaboration and share experience and solutions with other Digital Booster teams within our customer's Group supporting digital innovation, big data and Cloud services
Necessary skills
-Graduate calibre with significant experience gained within Insurance Services, IT Service Industry or Management Consultancy
-Professional with the ability to operate and influence in a multi-dimensional environment at all levels within an organisation
-You have at least 5 years’ experience in Team Management and Project Management
-Your skills include deep knowledge of IT infrastructure technology, agile methodologies and practical expertise in Cloud service implementation
-You show a sound engagement in implementing technical innovations
-You have strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate staff and show them opportunities for advancement
-You have diplomatic skills, strong negotiation skills and a high degree of ability to assert yourself
-You can communicate at all corporate levels on a well-founded basis and explain complex matters clearly
-You are used to work in an global environment in which you can apply your business fluent command of written and spoken English
