Desktop Support - Frankfurt - 3 months - Good Daily Rate
English Speaking Desktop Support Engineer is required for a 3 Month Contract based in Frankfurt with one of our international clients.
They are looking for someone who previous experience working with the following skills:
Windows Operating systems XP and Windows 7 Expertise
System Center Configuration Manager experience
Application Package creation experience
Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007 expertise
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Domains
Knowledge of Citrix infrastructure components and Clients for troubleshooting
Knowledge of Microsoft exchange/Outlook configurations for troubleshooting
In Depth Knowledge of network components and protocols for troubleshooting
Analytic/Problem solving Skills
Excellent problem determinations and troubleshooting skills
Customer Service Skills
Organizational Skills
