-Recording and categorization of professional and technical requests in the ticket system - analysis and troubleshooting under 1st level support
-Customer communication and documentation via Ticket System - Installation/Creation of allocation criteria - check/adjustment of errors - checking log files - Log-delivery requirements
-Good Knowledge in application and support of software and cross-team communication
-EXPERIENCE in dealing with ticketing systems
-ITIL experience in dealing with log analysis (Unix/Linux)
