We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for an Telecom Learning & Competence Consultant to join their business in Dusseldorf.
Position Title: Telecom Learning & Competence Consultant
Position Type: Fixed term employment

Requirements
- Act as the development and sales lead for HR/Learning & Development projects for major telecommunication customers/carriers
- Provide pre-sales support, including designing of talent development solutions based on customer requirements
- Involved in project delivery managing, including conducting requirements survey, write survey reports, design and implement learning solutions, lead consulting team implementation, etc
- Provide leadership and identify effective new business opportunities related to telecom operator's HR short and long term learning & development strategy
- Involved in the competence consulting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of learning & competence focused experience in the ICT or telecom industry
- Strong experience with telecom operators in the HR department
- Previously acted in a senior consulting/management role
- Strong HR consulting and advisement experience
- Excellent formal presentation skills
