Tangent International are urgently looking for German Speaking IP/MPLS Datacom Planning Engineer to work a 3 month rolling contract based in Germany (Dusseldorf)
Duties and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
Execute the activities with MESN(Datacom) and OandM planning process
Definition of standard external and internal procedures for MESN(Metro Ethernet Switch Network) Network Planning and OandM based on customer requirements.
External and internal interface for project coordination
Manage and review the results of all defined planning procedures
Detail workflow for the process, every input/outpurt/Analysis/templet..etc
Knowledge transfer of all MESN planning and OandM planning process to other colleagues
Investigate, isolate and drive problems reported by customer to a closure
Documentation in customer documentation and provisioning systems
Cleansing of documentation errors in alignment with customer
Update of commissioning and assembly lists
Experience work with Vodafone Germany and their tools (like Cramer, AIDA, TTWOS and working with Huawei and ALU equipments is extra advantage)
Providing required SLA for our customer
Candidate Skills and Requirements
Requirements:
Diploma in Telecommunication or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or minimum 5 years practical experience in planning or deploying Datacom and Broadband project;
Having knowledge about Mobile networks including 2G, 3G and LTE
Knowledge of Networking Technologies such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, VOIP, xDSL, ATM, MPLS, L2/L3 VPN and Security
Certificate holder of CCNP/CCIE or similar is an advantage;
Fluency in German and English;
Autonomous, strong learning and team cooperation ability;
Able to travel in Germany;
Having Germany work permission
