In cooperation with premium companies our employees develop individual and practice-oriented solutions.For a challenging long-term project in Eschborn near Frankfurt Main we are looking for a Senior Project Consultant (m/f).
Our client: a renowned company in the financial sector.
Task and responsibilities
• Project management support for business development, compliance and other high-value projects
• Support Project Lead in all organizational, strategical and business related questions
• Oversee budget planning process
• Project planning and status reporting
• Develop and maintain project governance, policies and processes
• Supervision management of milestone
• Drive special business analyses and assessments across a wide variety of financial and business development topics
• Validate and prepare strategy paper material and presentations required for top level management
Qualification
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities including: good listening skills, writing and verbal skills; assertiveness in presenting ideas; adapting content to be appropriate for a range of audiences.
• Decision-making: Ability to evaluate risks and opportunities; uses analytical and problem-solving skills; exhibits comfort with ambiguity; takes initiative and strives for results; able to prioritise time.
• Execution: Strong project management skills; meets deadlines; sense of urgency and responsibility; ability to multi-task and work under pressure; detail oriented an ability to translate abstract ideas into actionable results.
• Strategic Ability: Creativity in spotting and shaping opportunities, anticipates future opportunities and consequences, demonstrates innovative approach to work, identifies the most critical issues and questions in complex problems, and ability to organise chaos into a coherent plan.

• Very high competence level of Microsoft Office, especially MS Power Point
• High commitment and motivation, distinct readiness to take on responsibility / flexibility / reliability
• Experience in projects with budget management
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent German and English skills
Assignment
• Full-time, starting March, duration of 6 months, with option to extend
