For a project at one of our customers in Bayern, we are looking for a "Support Technician (m/f)" on a freelance basis.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
Task Description:
- On site datacenter services
- Replacement, installation, and configuration of hardware within datacenter environment
- Maintain documentation and update operating manuals
- Delete data on hard disks
- Software/firmware installations
- Restart systems
- On site presence at the datacenters on Monday – Friday 8:00 – 17:00 within 15 minutes after a reported (emergency) incident.
Requirements:
- Very good command of English and German
- Excellent knowledge in replacement, installation, and configuration of hardware within a datacenter environment
- Experience with software/firmware/OS/patch/agent installations
Project start:August 2016
Project duration: approximately 12 months, until August 2017, including an option to extend for another 24 months
