Für unseren Kunden aus dem Raum Frankfurt am Main suchen wir zum 15.02.2016 einen Business Process Expert (m/w). Ggf. ist auch ein Start zum 01.03.2016 möglich.
Aufgaben:
* Elaborating solutions for implementing fundamentally new pricing and bundling processes within LH RM
* Preparing and conducting NDC pilots
* Elaborating new internal RM processes and preparing change process
* Knowledge of revenue and distributions IT systems (preferably in the airline industry)
* Knowledge of mathematical pricing models
* Managing IT providers through different stages of the project
* Conducting change management for communicating and implementing new solutions (internal)
* Leading dedicated working streams, managing stakeholders and enforcing project goals (internal and external)

Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
* Theoretical and practical knowledge of Airline Revenue Management and Airline Distribution
* German speaking
* Highly innovative mindset
* Excellent communication skills
* Good branch knowledge in tourism, transportation or airline industry and Domain knowledge essential
* Experience in process analytic methods
* Knowledge of Process documentation tools (such as ARIS)
