KPI Acceptance Expert (German speaking)
We are currently recruiting for our client, a Global Telecommunications Organisation for KPI Acceptance Expert to join their project in the Germany.
Position Title: KPI Acceptance Expert (German speaking)
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: February 1st, 2016
Duration: 3 months rolling
Location: North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

The KPI Acceptance Expert will be responsible for the coordination and the quality check of client services throughout Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze failed KPI-reports and Quick Check reports
- Talk to client deployment responsible and ASP to identify installation errors (eg swapped feeder)
- Prepare tuning measures which can be presented to a client (mobile operator)
- Support the Regional Lead for KPI Acceptance in his argumentation towards client (mobile operator)
- Interface Back Office reading all radio performance issues and radio network planning issue
- Join regional and Delta status meetings
- Conduct meetings with client's optimization engineers
- Reporting towards the project with respect to KPI & Optimization
Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- Knowledge and experience in Radio Network Planning and Optimization for GSM, WCDMA, LTE
- Courses recommended
-- Overview GSM/GPRS, WCDMA/HSPA, OSS-RC
-- RAN Software and features of GSM G14, WCDMA W14
- Good process knowledge about all NRO (network rollout) processes
- Good understanding of database management, radio network planning and optimization tools and field measurement tools
- More than 5 years experience in NRO/KPI & Tuning projects
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel, MS Access
- Very good understanding of Ericsson way of working in KPI & Tuning domain
- Very good English communication skills
- German knowledge would be the perfect add on skill
