Change Manager
We are currently looking for a Change Manager to join one of our clients in Germany.
Position Title: Change Manager
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: February 2016
Location: North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

A change manager will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and within budget as well as coordinating the implementation of changes to the customer network ensuring changes are implemented efficiently and in a manner that protects services and customer experience.
Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position within IT infrastructure or IT service management domain
- Ability to ensure that standardised methods and procedures are used for efficient handling of all changes
- Excellent communication skills and interfacing ability at the customer level
- Relevant certifications (eg ITIL/eTom) will be considered an advantage
- Experience working in large companies in an international environment
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Fluent English and German language skills (both spoken and written)
