For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Mannheim (Germany), we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
IT Project and Application Manager TRAM
Main tasks:
- Contributing in the area of Travel and Expense Management which is part of the CHRIS solution (SAP R/3 Human Resources system in place)
- As a team member in the exciting global project TRAM (Travel and Expense Management) s/he will manage roll-outs and support the SAP based Travel Management solution as IT Project manager globally for Diagnostics and Diabetes Care divisions
- Work as an IT Project and Application Manager for the TRAM rollouts partnering with the Business Project Manager
- Work alongside Business specialists from Finance and HR to analyze the requirements
- Design system solutions within IT team to support the new processes
- Implement and configure the agreed solutionsBe responsible for support and optimization of that solution
- Saveguard the TRAM Global Template
- Work with an international team. TRAM core team members currently located in Germany, Poland, Singapore & United States
- Support the TRAM solution globally
- Up to 25% of travel expected
Qualifications:
- More than 3 years' experience in HR SAP (HCM) Travel Expenses customization.
- Extensive knowledge in SAP HR, especially in the core modules of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management, and in connecting Finance systems via ALE.
- A good understanding of functional aspects of HR and Finance and the respective business processes.
- Experience with payment and posting processes within SAP HCM, basis knowledge of SAP Payroll.
- Knowledge in Employee Self Service travel Webdynpro applications.
- Experience with Credit Card Integration within SAP. Knowledge with Online Booking Tool interfaces, for example Cytric and GetThere.
- Experience with Archiving of travel documents with OpenText.
- Understanding of ABAP programming, Webdynpro ABAP and Smartforms/HR form skills - transport/change management
- Experience in UI5 development
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with business customers and IT specialists.
- Team orientation and readiness to work in a global environment as part of a virtual team across time zones.
- Demonstrated experience in successful global projects and global.
