Für unseren Kunden aus der Finanzbranche suchen wir am Standort Stuttgart ab sofort einen IT Coordinator (m/w) in Festanstellung zur Projektunterstützung bis Ende des Jahres.Consulting and Coordinating of BP requirements within BP project (backend solution) and alignment with WFI (integration) and Portals (UI)
Requirements gathering & analysis: BP internal and from interrelated projects (e.g. CMS, BI, Gala, ODM); harmonizing requirements and aligning them with markets
Aligning, planning and tracking of identified tasks
Coordinating integration of external systems connected to the BP solution (e.g. Tolerant, SDB, GSSN, etc.)
Risk management & mitigation
Aligning tasks and providing support to test management
Acting as an interface between Business Unit and IT suppliers
University degree in Information Technology or Business Administration with technical background or related fields
Very good written and verbal command of English language, additional languages beneficial (e.g. French, German)
Experience in working in an international environment - awareness of intercultural challenges appreciated
Well-organized, flexible, structured, timely, results-oriented and persistent
Willingness to travel
Deep understanding of Business Partner functionality – e.g. customer hierarchies, master data management of supplier & customer data, data quality best practices, …
Deep Software and System Architecture Knowledge
Deep analytical, methodological, conceptual and organizational competencies
Deep understanding about Agile project approaches – especially Scrum
Deep knowledge about requirements engineering methodologies – especially in Agile projects
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, HP ALM
