For my client, a multinational pharmaceutical player, I am looking for experienced support in project management during the phaseout of a site closure near Stuttgart.Your are currently available?

Your Tasks:
- Develop Program Management Infrastructure to execute, track and report activities
- lead the execution of all the commitments across the site and divison to ensure full implementation
- implement reporting metrics that shows implementation levels and close out with proper verification and effectiveness checks
- interface with senior executives in the site/division to cenceptualize, design and optimise program elements
- drive effective communication of program goals and results to key internal stakeholders and executives
- evaluate outcome of external organizational assessments of site quality unit in designing and executing transformational initiatives
- design effective control systems to ensure program is creating real change at the plant level
Your Profile:
- at least 10 years of relevant professional experience
- experience in top management consulting
- project management experience, desired in the lifesciences industry
- fluent knowledge of english as well as german
- master´s degree in scientific, engineering or business field; MBA or PhD desired
