Qualifications & experience- Knowledge and experience in Radio Network Planning (RNP) and Optimization (RNO) for GSM (2G), WCDMA (3G), LTE (4G).
- Courses recommended
- Overview GSM/GPRS, WCDMA/HSPA, OSS-RC
- RAN Software and features of GSM G14, WCDMA W14
- Good process knowledge about all NRO (network rollout) processes
- Good understanding of database management, radio network planning and optimization tools and field measurement tools
- >5 years' experience in NRO/KPI & Tuning projects
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel, MS Access
- Very good understanding of Ericsson way of working in KPI & Tuning domain
- Very good English communication skills
- German knowledge would be the perfect add on skill
- Microsoft Office Applications
- EriDoc, EriColl and LAN access to department and projects specific drives and workgroups
- Ericsson tool suit (eg ERA, ECO, ITK)
- TEMS tool family (eg TMS discovery, TEMS investigation)
