For our client in the telecommunication industry we are currently looking for a Business Analyst with strong Card Issuing and Credit Card experience.
Start: February 2016
Duration: 3 months Rollover Contracts (+extension)
Location: Düsseldorf
Language: English (must have), German (nice to have)
Background:
In the area of Mcommerce we are currently looking for a external business analyst with strong knowledge within banking/Credit Card area.
Tasks/Daily business:
- Understanding the business requirements and developing functional and non-functional requirement specifications out of that
- Ensure compliance to laws and regulations
- Provide compliance guidance and establish a framework for the business to make informed risk-based decisions regarding new opportunities and product and service offerings
- Supporting the system design and specifications
- Developing comprehensive system/administrative and user level documentation
- Working closely with application vendors to ensure 3rd party designs adhere to clients functional and non functional requirements
- Providing Development teams with information/documents required to develop software code
- Analysing industry technology trends and innovations to identify technology (software and infrastructure) opportunities for inclusion into the roadmap.
Skills:
- + 5 Years experience as Business Analyst
- + 4 Years experience in a credit card payments environment, particular Web-Creditcard payments
- Strong experience with credit cards
- Strong experience in banking environment ( N2H: Atos Origin, Visacard, Mastercard)
- Strong knowledge on laws, regulations, and responsibilities in credit cards, bank and financial services within markets (N2H: knowledge on Spanish, UK markets)
- Good knowledge and understanding of the digital wallet marketplace, including future roadmap opportunities and the various different stakeholder (external companies)
- Good knowledge with Cardholder verification and Merchant integration
- Understanding of Near Field Communication (NFC) technology and standards
- Proven experience in development of Business requirement documentation
- Proven knowledge and experience in the space of Internet Consumer Services
- Proven experience in mobile or online Commerce services and other mobile content related Services
- Experience in Vendor Management within an international context serving multiple countries
- Strong communication skills/ability to balance conflicting interests
- N2H: Knowledge and experience in mobile App (IOS and Android) development
