PMT - Project Management Team support
We are looking for support in our M2M Project Management Team. The M2M Project has been established in order to respond to the changes and challenges being introduced by the new regulations of MiFID II/MiFIR and MAD II/MAR. Our project team located in Frankfurt/Eschborn is coordinating amongst 15 work streams to ensure full compliance by the application date.
Task and responsibilities
Project reporting through preparation of status reports, meeting minutes, and committee and board presentations
Project planning including development and maintenance of project / milestone plans
Project tracking and risk assessment through close liaison with project teams
Team support in close alignment with project manager
Mandatory skills and experience
Fluency in spoken and written English; preferably also German
Strong skills with MS-Office Suite including Powerpoint, Excel, Word; preferably also MS Project
Former experience with project work
Additional information
Start date of assignment: February 2016
Initial contract duration 3 months (extension is anticipated but cannot be guaranteed)
Degree of employment: Full-time
