Technical Coordinator
An excellent position has arisen for a Technical Coordinator looking for an English speaking opportunity in Frankfurt, Germany.
THE ROLE

Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a Technical Coordinator on our prestige customer site in central Frankfurt, Germany.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- The candidate will work as a technical coordinator for the implementation phase of a project aiming to integrate an infrastructure and associated services built for providing access to the Target 2 Securities platforms.
- Planning and coordinating test execution together with the involved provider, technical teams and end users.
- Reviewing technical documentation.
- Creating and reviewing processes and procedures.
- Liaising with the provider and technical teams for the acceptance and deployment of the Service.
- Supporting the addition of this new service in our customer's service catalogue.
- Activity planning and reporting.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering and design experience.
- 15 or more years of working experience in IT projects in positions relevant for this role
OR - Master's degree in information technology, computer science, information technology engineering, or related disciplines is considered a strong advantage.
- 12 or more years of working experience in IT projects in positions relevant for this role
OR - Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information technology engineering, or related disciplines is considered an advantage.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Broad knowledge of Information Technology (eg Client Server architecture, virtualization technologies, high availability concepts and technologies).
- Very good knowledge of Windows Server Operating systems.
- Knowledge of Intercope BOX messaging hub is considered a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of IT network infrastructure (Layers 2, 3 & 4 of the ISO OSI Model) concepts and technologies is considered an advantage.
- Good understanding and awareness of IT Security principles.
- Good knowledge of ISO 20000 principles and processes, particularly in the area of service management, change and release management.
- At least 5 years of experience as technical coordinator or technical project manager in IT Projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in integrating IT services.
- At least 3 years of experience in planning and coordinating the execution of acceptance Tests.
- At least 3 years of experience with ISO 20000 principles and processes.
- At least 2 years of experience in service management is considered an advantage.
- Very good command of English with proven drafting ability.
- A working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of MS Visio and MS Project are considered an advantage.
