Service Desk Analyst, 1st Line Support Analyst required by one of the word's leading online business.

Our client, the worlds fastest growing organisation, are looking to build a brand new service desk support team in Berlin, Germany ASAP.

As such, we need at least 3 Service Desk Analyst/1st Line Support Analyst professionals with the core of the following skills.

. Windows 2012
. Office
. Mobile (iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Windows etc)
. VPN
. Active Directory
The emphasis is much more on Service than technical support to be frank.
You will be a fundamental part of the support team, responsible for front line support on the phone and via email.
This is a potentially long term contract opportunity that would see you most likely re locating for a sustained period of time to the beautiful city that is Berlin.
