NCE - Onsite Focal Engineer
Location: Hambourg, Germany

Job Description:
Expertise in R&S and Service Provider. CCIE desired (minimum CCNP)
German Speaker, He/she will work during business hours at customer premises in Hambourg.
Knowledge and experience with the following technologies and platforms: MPLS, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, IOS-XR, IOS, 7600, Cat6K, Nexus7K/5K
Activities the engineer would be responsible for:
Assisting the Customer with their technical troubleshooting
Provide first level of escalation for the Client reactive support
Support the Customer with their TAC Service Requests (SRs). Work with Client TAC on troubleshooting network issues
